They are probably just expression lines or laugh lines. Just make sure you always wear sunscreen, everyday, summer and winter. I have been doing this since I was about 15, I am now 40 and everyone thinks I'm 30, I hardly have any wrinkles at all(not bragging) so it does work. You can't get rid of wrinkles but you can make them less visible by moisturizing morning and night with a good quality product. I use oil of olay and have always loved their products! Yes a 20 year old can get wrinkles under their eyes because the face is very animated. Laughing will cause wrinkles. But please do not stop laughing to avoid them :-)
The only thing that truly works for wrinkles is Retin-A and Retinol. Retin-A is a Retinoic Acid, Retinol is Retinyl Alcohol. Most products (Loreal, Clinique, Chanel etc) proclaiming reduction of wrinkles will have that substance as an active ingredient. However unless you get this as prescription it will have a mild effect on reduction of wrinkles.
Keep in mind Retin-A reduces skin oil and decreases acne, while Retinol increases skin oil and may cause acne.

They will not inject botox under the eye. It can however be used to diminish the appearance of crows feet and consequently help a little with lines around the eye. It can also give your eyes a little lift, like a brow lift if injected above the eye area.
Restylane is a dermal filler and is used to plump up those lines and can work in that area to fill in the lines under the eye. Botox and restylane are temporary and have to be reated every 4-6 months.
Lasers aren't generally used in that area but thermage can be used in the eye area. This may sound stupid. and i dont really kno a specific treatment but if you put 2 spoons in the freezer or anywhere to get them cold then put them on/under your eyes it really helps with bags/circles :)

if the don't work try the anti aging cream.

I'm 21 and prematurely aging! I dont smoke or anything, I eat well, exercise, and drink lots of water. I have fine lines/ wrinkles on my lower lids and outer corners. As a woman I worry about the same thing. And I have seen it on older women. I think that by moisturizing the area daily with anti wrinkling formula by Oil of Olay seems to be preventing this drying of the skin for me and also some of my friends that use it have very nice skin. In fact they often get compliments about how pretty their skin looks and how young they look and their is there 50's. Also don't use soap. That's what really drys up our skin and make us look older. You could never moisterize enough that's the key. Just like a pair of leather boots, you must oil them same as the skin. I hope this helps. Oh and Oil of Olay has a very good record. It may cost a little more but so much worth it.sunshine

After a pixel lazer treatment, how long does it take to see an improvement of the fine lines (wrinkles)?
I have recently had a pixel lazer treatment done to try to reduce the fine lines around my mouth. I had a very agressive treatment that took a week to heal. Skin is fed from inside out. It needs moisture, so drinking plenty of water (preferably filtered) is a start. Products with apha-hydroxy can dry your face, making it prone to more wrinkles. Using egg whites also is very drying. They aren't clearing up wrinkles but may temporarily firm your skin.
Wrinkles don't respond to creams, lotions, potions or remedies.
You have to prevent the wrinkles in the first place, then, by keeping skin hydrated , it will appear softer and smoother.
Don't smoke, use sun screen every time you're outdoors, not just at a beach. drink lots of water every day. You can't actually replace moisture using creams; you have to ingest it (water) to keep organs hydrated. Use lotions or creams while your skin is still damp from showering or cleansing your face. The moisture helps seal in lotions.
Unfortunately, genetics and environment play a big role in aging skin.
Use products especially designed for your age group. Different age skin, needs different degress of help.

Olay Regenerist products work great. I'm 42 and just started using them. The individual products range from $18 - $23 and I'm very pleased with the results so far.
I've been using Alpha-Hydrox for over fifteen years and I don't have a line, wrinkle, blemish, age spot, or discoloration at all. I faithfully use it twice a day. It tingles a bit when I use it but that's just the glycolic acids working. By the way, I'm 39. If you can't find that product be sure to find a gycolic acid product and stick with it and always use sunscreen and never ever tan. Your skin will thank you for it. You can also try the new chemical peels and at home microdermabrasion systems, just follow the directions. I've been lucky, I haven't had to use those products yet thanks to the Alpha-Hydrox and sunscreen.
One thing you could try is changing your diet - try an anti inflammatory diet (lots of omega 3 fatty acids, as few refined foods as you can etc.). There are a few good books and sources for anti inflammatory diets like Nicholas Perricone and Andrew Weil. Do a google and see what you find!

REALLY WORKS and is a simple, safe, NATURAL, do-it-yourself, low cost treatment. I've been using Alpha-Hydrox for over fifteen years and I don't have a line, wrinkle, blemish, age spot, or discoloration at all. I faithfully use it twice a day. It tingles a bit when I use it but that's just the glycolic acids working. By the way, I'm 39. If you can't find that product be sure to find a gycolic acid product and stick with it and always use sunscreen and never ever tan. Your skin will thank you for it. I am 41 and actually dont have many wrinkles yet but I always try to take care of myself as best as I can. I even use age defying makeup. Oh, and a lotion with SPF is nice during the day. The sun is terrible. Wear sunglasses to avoid squinting and increasing your crows feet.

What is a legitimate treatment for a few wrinkles and bags under ones eyes?
I have been fortunate all my life with not have wrinkles around the eyes. I am an aging baby boomer which makes this a good thing, but the last 6 or 8 months I have been having trouble sleeping. Of late I have noticed the wrinkles intruding onto my face for the first time. If do all 3 for 10 minutes daily - will markedly tighten skin and diminish the circles in the first two days. Use any oil. Olive is good. To avoid skin pulling first make skin taught by partially opening mouth and pulling lips firmly back against teeth(tightens most of face)
Additionally facial yoga exercises help a great deal. Find on Youtube. Do the ';The lion face'; and try to hold for 30 seconds. A variation of that is protruding the tongue as if trying to touch tip of nose with tip of tongue.

Honestly I use the re9 regime - I had been using Clinique or whatever new brand came up at the drug store.

You are young! I would suggest mainly getting more sleep and eating well. Sleep can really make your eyes look haggard, so I would suggest you try doing that first. Next, you need to get a cream that is made for under the eyes. There are many in drugstores that are usually called under eye treatments. You only want to use a little. Dot a bit under your eye (not right under the eyelashes) and at the side of the eyes where crows feet form when you smile. I wouldn't worry too much about this. It's probably more about other things you are doing. You probably aren't getting wrinkles, but using eyecream will help prevent them. :)
