When you apply something to your face you are treating only your face. Your skin is the largest organ of your body, why not treat all of your skin rather than just a little bit of it. Skin is fed from inside out. It needs moisture, so drinking plenty of water (preferably filtered) is a start. Some people it lots of juicy fruit and vegetables to help moisturise the skin, this has the benefit of providing you with nutrients to help the skin grow. Healthy skin needs vitamin C. Oranges, grapefruit, grapes, watermelon and cucumber are amongst those that help.

I couldnt help but read your post and think to myself that I was right where you were 6 months and seems like 1000 wrinkles ago.
I went through the exact same thing. I tried various products and did tons of research online before I found Oil of Olay was basically giving their product away for free.
All I had to do was answer a few auestions, They are a well known national name brand for facial and skin care, everyone knows Oil of Olay.
And I am telling you this Oil of Olay Regenerist works and it made a believer out of me.

My Mother never had a wrinkle her whole life and all she ever used was Ponds Cold Cream. Its not new but sometimes the old fashioned remedies are the best. So I decided to start using it myself since it worked so well for her. Altho she used the kind you wipe off. I'm using the water rinsable kind.
